Diamond Heist is a high energy activity which will pit teams in a head to head battle over more than 130 challenges. With each challenge worth points the team members will need to communicate to establish individual strangths while using communication and time management to achieve their end goal. This really is a fast paced, and engaging team-building event designed to enhance teamwork and communication. With something for everyone each challenge will encourage teams to work independently yet collaboratively to ensure they take home the medals.
Here’s how it works:
• Teamwork and Challenges: Each team will be provided with a booklet of over 130 challenges and puzzles. The team must then complete as many as possible in the time limit. Gaining points towards the final heist challenge.
• Variation: The challenges are designed to suit everyone, with sections including Creative, Sport, Sensory, Puzzle, Child's Play, Quiz
• Communication is Key: Effective communication between teams is crucial to ensuring they have the right person completing each challenge.
Diamond Heist is an exciting team building event where small teams work together to successfully complete as many of the 130 challenges as they can before times runs out. Every point earned will provide an advantage on the final Heist puzzle.

Thinking outside the box: not all the challenges are as easy as they seem. If they decide to take on these challenges Individuals will need to dig deep into their dlcreative minds for maximum points.
Tailored to Your Group: The event can be tailored to suit any group size or timescale.
Time management: How long will the team give to each challenge? With varying points for some challenges, will they decide for a quick win, or maximise their points?
